平日晚上八點一到，晴光公園便會聚集里民們跳排舞的身影。跟隨著活潑動感、風格多樣的音樂，展現里民的活力。透過排舞傳遞鄰里的凝聚力及生命力，更象徵了持續學習以及熱愛藝術的精神，為夜晚增添溫暖與亮麗風采。
At eight o’clock on weekday evenings, Shing-Kwang Park comes alive with local residents dancing in unison. Moving to lively and diverse rhythms, they embody the community’s vibrant spirit. Through line dancing, the neighborhood expresses its sense of unity and vitality—an enduring symbol of lifelong learning and a shared love for the arts that brightens and warms the night.

創會理事長蔡辰光先生移民加拿大時，發現排舞運動因優美易學深受當地居民喜愛。2000年將之引進臺灣，展開教練培訓，積極開拓據點。本著提倡全民健康快樂的理念，歷經十九年努力，排舞已遍及全國，團隊總數為全臺之冠。
When Mr.Tsai the founding chairman of the association, immigrated to Canada, he found that the linedance was deeply loved by local residents because of its beautiful and easy to learn. In 2000, he introduced it to Taiwan, started coach training, and actively opened up strongholds. In the spirit of advocating the health and happiness of the whole people. After 19 years of hard work, the linedance has spread all over the country, and the total number of teams is the highest in the country.
