Pillows are essential for sleep and symbolize support and companionship. Through interviews, this work records the stories of its participants. These old pillows, bearing the scent and traces of use, as well as fragments of dialogue, evoke the viewer’s imagination, memories, and emotional resonance.
The works primarily focus on social and institutional issues, as well as the individual’s inner emotional state. Through humor and satire, they employ existing object installations, video, and performance art to respond to the mechanisms and absurdities of reality. By engaging the viewer’s senses and memories, the works aim to reveal the critique or narrative that lies beneath their surface.
