Chu Po-Ying is a filmmaker, cinematographer, and independent creator whose work spans both narrative and documentary forms. His films are marked by restrained emotion and rich metaphor, employing a surreal cinematic language to capture the unseen inner worlds of characters within the realism of everyday life.
Liao I-Ling is a documentary producer and director whose practice involves long-term engagement with real life, uncovering the complexities of human nature and the subtle emotions beneath the surface. Through a philosophical and allegorical narrative style, her films explore the relationship between the protagonist and the world around them.
